Short-Term Disability
You are eligible to receive Short-Term Disability (STD) benefits for a qualified non-work-related illness or injury that prevents you from working for an extended period. Coke Florida pays the full cost of this coverage. Benefits dependent on whether you are an hourly or salaried Associate.
Long-Term Disability
Coke Florida provides employer paid Long-Term Disability (LTD). This plan pays a monthly benefit in the event you cannot work because of a long-term illness or injury. Voluntary Long-Term Disability
