Eligibility

• Full-time associates are eligible for the full suite of benefits.

• Part-time associates (scheduled less than 30 hours per week) are eligible for a subset of benefits

Eligible Dependents include^_*:

• Your legal spouse

• Your children up to age 26

• Your children over age 26 who are not able to support themselves due to a physical or mental disability

*Coke Florida reserves the right to audit dependent elections to ensure they abide by plan rules. All dependents will require verification documentation, such as a marriage certificate, birth certificate, and social security card. Exact details of the required documentation will be provided to you when you add a new dependent.
