Service Award Program

Coke Florida values the contributions, knowledge, and experience of long-term associates. In appreciation of this dedicated service, Coke Florida
recognizes associates as they reach milestone anniversaries of employment
and retirement. Eligible associates will be award for their contributions
and commitment to Coke Florida through the Service Award Program.

Purpose

Coke Florida values the contributions, knowledge, and experience of long-term associates. In appreciation of this dedicated service, Coke Florida recognizes associates as they reach milestone anniversaries of employment and retirement.

Eligibility

Full-time and part-time Coke Florida associates become eligible for a service award in the year in which they complete 1, 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, and 40 years of service and beyond (in increments of five years). 

Retirement recognition awards are given upon retirement after completing a minimum of 10 years of service and have reached at least 55 years of age. 

Service Credit

Service credit is calculated according to the associate’s system service date. 

Recognition Schedule 

Awards should be presented ceremoniously to recipients by their respective leader as well as the local leadership team, if possible. 

• On a monthly basis, each territory is expected to recognize achievements, including service awards, retirements, and birthdays, in accordance with the Company’s guidelines. 

In the event the recipient is unable to attend the ceremony, their leader will arrange a time to present the award that is convenient for both parties.

Service Award Procedures

The Total Rewards team will coordinate with external vendors on ordering and shipping the awards to the facility celebrating a service anniversary or retirement for an associate in the upcoming month. 

Associate Services Administrators (ASA) and Human Resource Business Partners (HRBP) will be provided with a list of their respective upcoming award recipients the last week of each month.

• As part of our dedication to honoring retiring associates, we encourage an associate who is retiring to inform their leader, ASA, or HRBP sixty (60) days ahead of their desired retirement date to ensure timely receipt of the award for celebratory purposes. The associate’s leader, ASA, or HRBP is responsible for informing the Total Rewards team. Any delay in the process will result in the award being delivered to the associate’s home address.

Associates celebrating 40 years of service and beyond (in increments of 5 years) will be invited to an annual honorary dinner hosted by members of the Executive Leadership team in Tampa, Florida at the end of each calendar year.
